Divini-Teas Lucid Steaming/Womb Tea Blend

A carefully curated blend of blue lotus flowers and herbs that can be used as a tea or a yoni steam. Can help balance hormones, detoxify and relieve menstrual symptoms.

To use:

For Tea: Steep 1-2 tbsp in a cup of boiling water for 5-7 mins

For Steaming: Boil 1-2 litres of water, add 1/4-1/2 cup of herbs, reduce heat and steep for 10-15 mins. When at a comfortable temperature, place in bowl and squat or use a Yoni Steam chair with a towel around your waist for 20-30 mins. You may add more hot water as needed with caution.
